Our history
From the mine site to any workplace
Our story starts in Newcastle, NSW, in 1988. Created by a team of programmers working out of a garage near Australia’s largest coal export port, Pulse was originally made to meet the challenges of local mines.
- These mining companies were tired of relying on rigid, fragmented and expensive legacy systems, so we set out to build something better. What began as bespoke business solutions quickly evolved into one customisable product. By 1993, Pulse had a growing team and offices in East Maitland.
- In 2001, we adopted agile methodologies to move faster and work more closely with our users to continuously refine system features. As demand grew, so did our vision.
- We soon launched Pulse ERP, an all-in-one business management software that supports any industry with seamless integration. Pulse Analytics, mobile apps, and a new, intuitive user experience followed, with each update designed to simplify operations and save time.
