We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

However, most of the personal information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Unsolicited personal information received, which could have been collected through our usual business activities, will be managed in the same manner as it would if it were received through our usual business activity.
Unsolicited personal information received which could not have been collected otherwise, will be destroyed or de-identified as soon as practicable.

If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
Children
Pulse does not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of 18.
Automated decision making
Pulse does not use any automated decision-making systems that could significantly affect individual rights or interests.
